English Library Services
Aside from standard library services (home loans and in-library loans), The English Library also has technical facilities which can be used by library members:
- Videotape player for the in-library viewing of films
- Cassette players for listening to audio books and audio cassettes
- CD player for listening to music
- Whiteboard
- Seminar room for approx. 25 people – includes small tables. The room can be used for free by schools and English teachers for educational purposes. For example, demonstration lessons with the use of a video or other technical aids (if interested, please call and reserve a date and time). It is also possible to rent the room for various seminars and cultural events.
- Exhibitions in the Europa House Gallery
In-library services include:
- Internet access
- Access to the English Library catalogue
- Photocopy services
- Information services
- Foreign
databases
These in-library services are provided in the relaxed and private environment of a historical building where you can spend a pleasant moment over a newspaper or book.
